Missing Faction Packages [Serious issue]
On this character I just hit 20 and hit level 1 with cryarch, the care package thing poped up when I was doing engrams and then I went to post-master and NOTHING, there is nothing anywhere. I am worried this will continue to happen with faction packages??
Is this a known glitch or issue? I am just ready to start grinding faction's with this character and my very first package is no where to be found??
P.S - I think it is absolutely insane Bungie does not have a support system for this game. (Tickets / E-mail / Phone / Chat ) one of these has to be used if your going to sell a product. I find it saddening that this is the only outlet for issues, how am I going to get help on this issue?

2 RepliesHi, You will not receive a package from a faction until ou reach rank 3 with that faction. Packages are now picked up at their corresponding vendors. If you ranked up the cryptarch you will pick up a package from him. Only Rahool in the tower gives packages. If you rank up your cryptarch with Master Ives in the reef, you will have to visit the tower to pick up your package.
