Please explain why sunbreakers are so OP.
I dont understand. Theres so many people on the forums crying about how sunbreakers are so good and that theyre so dominant in pvp...i dont see it. Whats so good about them? Increased solar grenade duration? Special weapon reloader? For one, nobody even uses solar grenades...and two, well theres legendaries that can reload special weapons. I have gloves that reload snipers faster, is that OP too? I dont think so.
EVERYONE PLEASE STOP HATING ON SUNBREAKERS THEY DONT DESERVE A NERF IF ANYTHING THEY NEED A BUFF.

Personally I think the warlock gauntlets don't need nerfing. I've not seen these hammers either that everyone is posting about. Typical titans see the word sun and all of a sudden they wake up

9 RepliesWow, you're so stupid. The Sunbreaker is OP because: It's the only super you can't kill with a high impact sniper.(Headshot) You get 6 tracking hammers, that do splash damage. (Like rockets) Also can't be killed by a conventional shotgun/melee, unlike ALL other supers. The Titan itself? Not very OP, but it has basically every good thing the Sunsinger Warlock got, (Melee, Grenade) plus the most over powered super in the game. What makes this OP? The fact that I've been in multiple elimination games where kids had 1-2 kills and 8+ deaths, but as soon as they pop that hammer unless everyone runs around the map faster than he can throw rockets, it's a free win for him. Auto riffles, Shotguns, Sun breakers, and Sith Lords(Storm trance) were made because Bungie needed the average joe(like you, who is generally bad at crucible) to be able to get easy kills, so it had more appeal to a wider range of people. When hand cannons were OP it wasn't the fact THEY were over powered, it was that so many bad kids can't aim, so they can't use the "good" weapon as well as the decent players.

Because I'm shitty at pvp and I've had multiple 5/6/7 kills in one super with it. It's golden gun with 7 throws that last like 20 seconds and the golden guns have an AoE. I've never actually complained about pvp and Honetly I don't play enough pvp to care either way but it's OP

Is it just me or does everyone else think that the crybaby are probably playing mayhem. So supers are flying everywhere. The week before ttk gg dominated. After ttk dropped titans could compete. Titans almost as good as hunter in pvp = op?????

1 ReplyOh my gooood! The Hammer of Sol is OP because the Titans get a super that makes them into a true tank! Now I can't one shot them with my Golden Gun or RB spam with my Arc Blade! This is coming from a main hunter as well. I say keep the Sunbreaker the way it is.
