[BUNGIE][UPDATED: 10/12 - 4:29PM PDT] Xbox consoles inaccurately recieving "Trial Ended," "Requires Xbox Live Gold" and "Purchase The Taken King" in-game messages
Hi everyone,
Bungie is aware of an ongoing issue that is impacting players on both Xbox 360 and Xbox One. This issue may include any of the following symptoms:
- A message saying "Your Trial has ended" or "You have reached the maximum level"
- An in-game offer to purchase Destiny: The Taken King despite already owning this content
- Inability to join activities that require Xbox Live Gold, including daily or weekly activities and the Crucible
We are working with our partners at Microsoft to investigate this issue. We will provide updates here as soon as they are available.

We are investigating a potential fix for this issue. If you continue to experience any of the above symptoms [u]after the time of this update[/u], please reply below with the [u]exact time the error occurred[/u] (including time-zone!), and specify which of the above symptoms you experienced.

We have implemented an additional fix for issues related to Xbox content authorization. If you are still experiencing issues related to "Purchase The Taken King" or "Your Trial has Ended" notifications, please try [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]restoring your licenses[/url]. If this does not resolve your issue, contact Microsoft Xbox Support to verify that your Xbox Live account has all of the required licenses attached to your account. If you are unable to resolve your issues by following these steps, please reply below.

If you hover over the daily crucible playlist and other stuff in the bottom left you can eventually click on it when it switches back but it doesn't perms antsy stay that way. Also obviously don't buy TTK when it prompts you.

Game tells me I havn't bought TTK. Tried to delete the files from my console and reinstall them again. Now I'm not able to download the 105 kb for TDB. Nice one.

Bungie, there are those of us who are aware the errors and bugs happen. Sometimes things break, and you got to fix them. Despite all the impatient, judgmental, and instant-gratification junkies on here there are plenty of us who are grateful that you're working to solve the issue. I don't make any money playing Destiny. Maybe they do. Obviously my livelihood is not at stake so I must not be able to understand what they're going through.

I had this same issue last night and now my heavy weapons slot is not showing up for my warlock on bungie.net. I need to check and see if this is happening on my xbox one.

3 RepliesI get it your "working" on a fix but when i am in the middle of something and this happens this is a major game breaking bug your last patch introduced. This should be priority 1 bug so this gets fixed asap!
