Titans deserve a good class for all the crap we had to deal with in year 1
Edit: I mostly play pve and I shouldn't have to have my subclass become useless because some hunters (not all, but some) are butthurt that their not the best anymore
Edit 2: a slight nerf to the damage resistance in crucible ONLY is fine, as long as it is unchanged in pve.
Edit 3: we got some salty players in here!
Edit 4: it's not that Titans didn't get any good supers in year 1 that makes me want to keep it as is, it's that other subclasses/supers are just as strong ( fist of havoc, radiant skin warlock, blade dancer, and gun slinger) please note that I have tried all subclasses in destiny except storm caller.

Edit 7: a lot of negative feedback. Let me ask you this: warlocks regen really fast when using radiance, hunters are really quick when using blade dancer, but how come everyone is angry when Titans have a lot of damage resistance in their super?
Let me ask another question. When Titans wanted blink, and all the hunters and warlocks said that they are the tank class and their not supposed to be that mobile, but when Titans use the same exact argument to defend the damage resistance on hammer of sol, it's a stupid argument?
Edit 8: seems like a bunch of people are chasing me with pitch forks, and torches. You know what? Let's nerf sunbreaker to the ground and make it as damage resistant as a wet piece of toilet paper. Let's nerf everything in this game to the point where everyone is tickling each other how's that sound?
Edit 9: Some of you use my kd ratio as an argument, which is reasonable, but I don't see how a 0.86 kd is bad at all. Especially when I seldom take crucible seriously.

Edit 12: Keep in mind Titans only have that damage resistance when they max out their armor attribute

8 RepliesAs much as I hate crying nerf, Hammer of Sol needs two of three things done to it. (Over shield needs either a serious nerf or removal, super activation duration needs a cut, and number of hammer throws needs a nerf). Like I said, two of three need doing.

Have most titans seen their kd massively improve since they started running sunbreaker? Do Sunbreakers net significantly more super kills than other subclasses? If the answers are yes then it will be nerfed. Bungie makes alterations based on the stats, not the opinions of butthurt hunters.

I main a warlock I'm not gonna say nerf it yet because I've yet to use it with my titan, it does have it flaws and advantages but until I get a game in on pvp I'll withheld my verdict

For your edit 1: I know what ur saying. Bladedancer became shit for pve cause pvpers complained about it so much. Arcblade sucks in pve :/

Yeah I use mainly my warlock and play crucible I don't think it's that overpowered maybe a slight tweak couldn't hurt

1 ReplyThe only thing that I think is that no super, unless assisted by an exotic, should be able to survive another super. So HoS should have a slight decrease in damage migation so it can't tank a golden gun, or slightly increase GG damage so it can one shot it. But other than that, I think it's fine.

3 RepliesTank high impact sniper shots to the head - warlock + Radiant skin / flame shield could not even do that. Tank shoulder charge, only dropped the shield. Tank high impact shotgun blast to chest + follow up Melee. And you don't think it needs a HP reduction?
