Black Spindle Infusion/Nerf
Bungie announced they're nerfing all Black Spindles to 290. So would it be possible to buy the 300 Black Spindle and infuse it with the 310 Spindle I got from the mission so it's higher than 290 when they need it? Or do all Black Spindles in the game get lowered to 290 regardless of current attack? Or is it just lowered by 20 attack points?

I would also like to know if this is the case. I would like to infuse it into a lvl 300 spindle but not if they then nerf all spindles (including those purchased from the blueprint board). If I had the legendary marks I would just get a 1000 yard stare and infuse it into that but if I'd rather infuse it into a spindle. I guess I can infuse it into a tao hua yuan I just picked up but I'd rather get put it into another spindle. Bungie please answer so we can make a decision.
