Petition to give year 1 exotics year 2 stats!
Give all year 1 [b]exotics[/b] year 2 stats[b][i]![/i][/b]
I understand and somewhat agree that our year 1 legendarys are being left behind but since every [b]exotic[/b] is unique there isn't really weapons or armor like them hence the word [b]exotic[/b]. I don't really like to use the word [i]earned[/i] but in this case I feel I should. We worked hard and [i]earned[/i] all of our [b]exotics[/b] but now you basically just made 85[b]%[/b]-90[b]%[/b] completely useless in year 2 content (not including the Crucible).
To add to all of this bungie nerfed & buffed some of the year 1 [b]exotics[/b] just before TTK launched and added a blueprint kiosk in TKK where we can buy [b]exotics[/b] we dismantled but they will still have year 1 stats so what's the point in doing all of that if they're not going to be useful anymore[b][i]?[/i][/b]
So sign here if you want all year one [b]exotics[/b] to [u]have[/u] year 2 stats[b][i]![/i][/b][b][i]![/i][/b][b][i]![/i][/b]
Edit: Tbh the only exotics I want bumped up are the bones of eao and Nechrochasm.

No. I ran into a whole team using thorn. THORN FFS WHY THE HELL DO YOU WANT THAT CRAP BUFFED maybe they can add an option at the end of each gun tree when you finish it to make it a. "Year 2 damage" Only after making it cap year 1. And not for thorn. Ban thorn Thorn is for scrubs.

Update raid gear make a harder versions so that we may one again squire these weapons again. Also wtf how is it that half thevecotics didn't make it to year 2 there exotic for a reason. I love the new stuff but what a slap to the face to players all that time effort or waiting periods for HOW exotics I mean Lord of wolves was the shit. Screw this game I'm not grinding ever again on this it's not rewarding at all I'll just casually play. Because before I know it the new stuff I get will get nerfed and then later forgotten in the next coming dlcs. I suggest you other players consider doing the same it's not worth time and effort now to squire all these exotics or missing raid gear. It's pointless unfortunately. Up side ttk has improved the story so much but in the end all we did was rebuy the game we should have gotten to begin with...

8 RepliesWe spent last year acquiring all the [i]level 20[/i] gear - both legendary and exotic. Now with TTK they have introduced [i]level 40[/i] gear, which many will again grind for. Next year we'll strive to acquire [i]level 60[/i] gear...

I agree so I'll sign. I also think we should be able to upgrade our year 1 legendary gear because some of it is just really freakin awesome and in 5 years time people will be in awe of the super fly guys wearing year 1 exclusive legendary gear... obviously 😅

I love the new stuff not all but some but I'm pissed almost all HoW content was pointless now including my favorite Lord of wolves. What a slap to the face. They should have at least made year ones harder to upgrade by starting at a different light lvl and having to consume more better than the year 2 stuff. I mean How wasn't that long ago and now it's useless. Who ever has just gotten this game skip that content of you can at least prison of elders as far as I know it's useless now.
