Should there be special rewards for day one players or some sort of month limit year one rewards?
This is in reference to an account I saw complaining about not getting a year one ghost but joined in April of 2015.
Edit: This is a call to Bungie to give loyal fans something to identify them other than the current emblems (armor, sparrow, shader.) By playing at any point in year one, even up until the last day of year one, players were able to obtain current "unique" rewards; so loyalty and time don't necessarily factor into the current gear rewards.

It's the Emblem of the founders from the beta

Having 9-9-14 next to "dragon slayer" is reward enough for me.

No. People always complain about elitists yet they want to think they are better than everyone

Edited by Coyote_x_Starrk: 9/15/2015 1:38:05 AMNo there shouldn't. Destiny was a massive AAA title release. The vast majority of year one players were day one players by default. There is nothing special about being a day 1 player. Just like how there is nothing special about being a year 1 player. This whole elitist attitude crap that has surfaced since the announcement of year 1 rewards is pathetic. Year 2 players are going to be just as much a part of the community as the year 1 players. The last thing this childish community needs is yet ANOTHER thing to try and lord over other players in order to make themselves feel like special snowflakes. And before anyone asks yes I am a day 1 player. I played the Beta on 360 and then stood in line at midnight to get my white Destiny PS4.

I played beta but couldn't afford it day 1, got it that week though.
