Hi animesoul0511, The Taken King launches on 9/15/2015. Once The Taken King is live players will be able to access the trailer from the Director and all of the pre-order items that they qualify for. For players that own the Taken King and have multiple accounts on one console, The Taken King will be accessible to the secondary accounts at launch, but the pre-order items will only be accessible to accounts that own The Taken King. Please note we are aware of an issue where some players already have already received access to their Collector's Edition items and the Suros pack emblem and shader. If you qualify for these pre-order items, you will receive them by 9/15/2015 when The Taken King launches.
