For warlocks and titans this isnt much of an issue, as the class items arent that noticable. They are concidered real armor now, and thus can have perks and stats. This sucks for hunters, as the class item greatly defines its look. You cant just wear any cloak you like because it looks pretty, chances are the stats/perks on it suck, and you are better off with a different class item. It makes sense that there isnt a cloakvault because of this. But it still sucks
