Make a 32-34 NF if you plan to lock non-TTK guardians out of the 40 NF
So bungie's weekly update stated that you must purchase TTK in order to get to level cap 40. Non-TTK guardians will be stuck at level 34. The NF is now level 40, which effectively locks out all non-TTK guardians from the NF [b]permanently.[/b]

Now bungie could make a level 32-34 NF just for vanilla players, and it would only drop year 1 rewards, (for the players still missing that 1 exotic you want) and that would solve the issue.
