What are you weirdly afraid of?
What weird things are u afraid of?
I'm terrified of the ocean, and I have horrible dreams of it. This sometimes includes deep lakes, but it's mostly the ocean. Who knows what creepy shit is down there. Tsunamis are included in my fear, no I don't live by the ocean thank god. I know h8 me...

I don't understand why, but I just have this fear of being caught in a cataclysmic event and/or what may be the extinction event for the human race. I've had the same recurring dream where I'm just sitting in my room and I hear a loud boom. And all I see is an explosion in the sky. It turns out to be the sun and as I realize "in the dream" that the whole human race is about to become extinct, as well as all life on earth, that my life is about to come to an abrupt end in a fiery supernova. Kind of irrational but You really never know. But cataclysmic events are definitely my number one fear.

I guess the ocean and deep water scares me too, I was thinking about getting drunk one night and just jumping off the lighthouse pier into lake Michigan to try to get over it. Its gotta be at least 50 feet deep

This'll sound stupid, but for some reason it's subconscious. I don't actively fear this, but I have nightmares about it.[spoiler]Some kind of military threat. Air strikes, nuclear explosions, bobbing raids, etc.. It gives me vivid and scary nightmares, not frequently, but they happen.[/spoiler]
