Xbox one to 360
I have paid £40 and preordered the taken king on my Xbox one. Can I then download and play the taken king on my 360? Or will I have to spend another £40 on the same dlc in order to play it with my friends who don't have a one?

You'll need to purchase the Taken king again for the 360. This dlc is not part of the upgrade program. The upgrade program only worked when going from 360 to the xbox one.

So we don't know if buying it on one console will apply it to the other. That said, what we DO know is that the digital upgrade program was just that- an upgrade program, not a downgrade program. None of the offers have allowed you to go from the One to the 360. We have no reason to believe this will be any different, sorry.
