How Will You Set Your New Subclass?

Just wondering how people plan to have their new subclasses kitted out, perk-wise? For my Titan, I've gone off the Sunspot focused build (AoE overshield sounds meh)and plan to utilise Forgemaster, Flameseeker and Cauterize for mad Hammer action in both PvP and PvE ! What do you guys plan on doing for your own, now that the builds have been updated somewhat? Here are the updated builds: http://planetdestiny.com/sunbreaker-talents-updated/ http://planetdestiny.com/nightstalker-updated/ http://planetdestiny.com/stormcaller-subclass-updated/ Legend.

    • You'r build is essentially the only build. I'm doing Sun Spots as well for DoT and supporting that with Dragon's Breath ..... or I was hoping to but..... The other thing I was considering was a De-Buff Hyper Hammer combination.

      • I'm going to experiment with each perk as I unlock them, then pick a build accordingly.

Does anyone know how quiver will interact with predator btw? I am not sure if Bungie would allow you to fire 9 arrows from shadow shot or not @.@ Edit: lol nvm don't know what I was thinking when I wrote this.

          • Well, Stoke the forge looks epic. I'll go with that. I like the Thermite grenade, too. Probably Forgemaster and Cauterize.

For Sunbreaker, I'll try the Thermite grenades at 1st, if I don't like them probably main Fusion ones, might use Incendiary occasionally. Keep Higher Jump. Forgemaster for the Super perk, either Melting Point or Stoke The Forge for melee, probably STF since enemies usually die just fine as is and fire punching more things sounds pretty cool. For the passive perk Explosive Pyre sounds kinda like Bloom, which I like, but I'm thinking more Flameseeker because stat boosts, and heatseeking (pun intended) flaming Mjolnirs would be pretty dope too. For the class perk, I'm hesitating between Simmering Flames and Cauterize, SF sounds good to me because I mainly do PvE (like almost exclusively) and I often hold my super for overwhelming crowds or elite mooks/mini-bosses, so double grenade and melee recharge most of the time, which is pretty damn good, and Cauterize sounds useful too because I can be kinda reckless so regen is always nice. On the Nightstalker (sounds like the opposite of Daywalker, which is fitting and cool imo), I'll try the new grenade too, if I don't like it switch to Vortex probably. I like Triple Jump on Gunslinger so I'll go with that. Blood Bound and Black Hole both sound pretty good, I'll to try both and compare, Quiver sounds good too but not as useful imo. For melee I'm likely going with Envenomed, mostly by default. For passive, maybe Lockdown but probably Courage of the Pack. And finally, Shadestep. Unless it turns out to be meh, then I'd switch to Keen Scout Stormcaller. As with the others, I'll try the new thing and go with Storm grenade 1st, if I don't like it, back up to Arc Bolt. For the jump, probably Balanced Glide, I think that's what my roommate uses on Sunsinger and it plays fine when I use it (we play on each other's profiles sometimes so we basically get 6 character slots). For the super perk, I'll try both Superconductor and Ionic Blink (infamous naming ho) and see which I prefer, probably the former if I had to guess. For the melee Rising Storm sounds the best, but I'll probably try out the others too. For the passive, Feedback and Transcendence sound pretty good, another situation where I'll have to compare in practice. And for the class perk, I like how Electrostatic Mind sounds, kinda. The 1st part is essentially useless to me most of the time since I mainly play alone, but the 2nd part is similar (read, basically the same) as an ability my Wizard has in Diablo 3, and it's pretty good there, but it also seems like the Destiny version is much lesser, so I'll probably go with Perpetual Charge because that's a Boring But Practical ability, not flashy or fancy, but solid and always applicable.

            • There's a melee talent for the Sunbreaker called Melting Point. It weakens targets, making them take a lot more damage while the effect lasts. You can melt bosses with this so I'll be using that in PvE for sure.

            • Sunbreaker PvP (PvE is too varied to have any definite build). Fusion Grenade Forge Master Stoke The Forge Increased Control Fleet fire ******Simmering Flames******* Max Armor and more agility than recovery build. For Mayhem Thermite Grenade Scorched Earth Thermal Vent Increased Control Flame Seeker Fire Keeper Max Armor with more agility than recovery build.
