This has been bugging me for a while now and after seeing the first Taken King reveal you can see how involved glimmer is with every purchase/exchange. You'll only be able to make a few purchases/exchanges before you have to farm for glimmer. Who wants to do that? I honestly don't see why they can't just remove the cap or just increase it. It seems like the cap is there just to cheese out some more gameplay hours out of the players. This is honestly one of the stupidest things about destiny, change the glimmer cap or remove it all together.
