Help recover incorrectly/glitched deleted weapon. Video included.
So I was transferring items on my laptop next to me while I was deleting Pest Control Matrix from my Titan and my inventory shifted when in entered my inventory and deleted my [b]Locked[/b] Vex Mythoclast. Help if you can?
I'm extremely bummed, likely nothing can be done about it I know. But these are the help forums, so I figure "why not try?"
But anyway be safe Guardians, don't transfer while deleting anything. You might get screwed.

It has been noted many times that you should never be transferring and deleting at the same time - this almost always happens when you do that, and it likely will never be addressable since they can never both be in 100% sync. You're better off not relying on the app for that at all. Bungie has never strayed from their policy, so I doubt you will see any change in this for your own situation. Sorry.

1 ReplyThis is a known phenomenon, and Bungie is investigating. Unfortunately, item restoration is not offered. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12211 It is not recommended to transfer and delete at the same time.

1 ReplySorry for that, But i do belive that you are what many would say shit outta luck, I think it is a flaw in there app to game, i have done it my self once but with a gun that i dident realy wanted. it is when you transfer and doing a delete of item. cuz the items will switch places and the delete bar will keep ticking. if you try to delete a item with the lock on, you will not be able to delete it, but when you started to delet the gun was unlocked and when the vex got to your inventory it switched places and there for it voids the lock option. Only thing to do is let all items transfer berfor delete an item. I hope it makes sense what i typed. But i think bungie will sit this one out to.
