Twitch Streamers & YouTubers (why does Bungie listen to them?)

This "content creator" gets matched up against a team of lag switchers in trials. He makes a video of it and tells Bungie they need to ban them. A few days later, Bungie comes down with the banhammer. But, some of his friends get banned. So he makes another video, saying he wants his friends unbanned, because he knows for a FACT they don't cheat. Do you think Bungie actually listens to these people? Or are they just 30 something fanboys who plays videogames for hand outs, who think a big company values their opinion over anyone else? Or do you think Bungie lifts the ban for his friends. lol
