Bungie does not care about you.
Bungie does not care about your opinions; it shows all the time.
Bungie only cares about their contract with Activision, which forced many devs and designers to leave.
Bungie only wants your money, not your patronage.
These forums are only here to sell us news and their opinions, so stop pretending our arguments and concerns do anything.

They should have stayed with Microsoft. The staff the headed to 343i were wise to do so.

https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/143620423/0/0/1 oh the good ole days when Destiny had a bright future.......before Bungivision decided to strip it of it's integrity and turn it into a crack whore.

While this post may be exaggerated, the idea, I believe, is true. The husk of the pit issue was ALL OVER the forums, and Bungie assured us that it's still in the game. This led hundreds of people to continue wasting time farming. About a month later, when Bungie announced that it is a bug, they assured us we would get updates. To date, we've only had one update: telling us that we have to wait another month. Instead of immediately releasing a quick fix, Bungie bundled the issue with updates that lay groundwork for their precious money pit "The Taken King". This is one of the main reason I now see Bungie as nothing more than another gaming company who only cares about money and treats their community like trash.

Bungie only cares about one thing people. CASH

The community demands (not asks) too much in too little time. It's the community's fault for setting expectations so high and it's not like Bungie can just snap their fingers and stuff just appears. It's takes a while and patience just doesn't exist in this community.

*gasp*! A company only wants our money? Say it ain't so!!!

Edited by ARMY_boy_PR: 8/4/2015 4:44:58 AMSo all the changes that the community have gotten thanks to the forums are total bull shit? All was premade?

Can't think of a business that doesn't want your money.

Yeah, you're right. I cannot agree with you more. Firstly, Destiny's Aesthetics are remarkable, the game looks wonderful, and I like to spend some time staring at textures during patrols, strikes etc, admiring the brilliant artwork, and want the updates to take longer, so I can see the concept art. But I feel some key gameplay issues cripple my experience to very large extent, I understand that not all of the things were possible, as nothing is perfect. But I felt that Bungie would want to keep the fan base happy. After all, they are who pay them. If this were the case I thought some of these fundamental flaws would have been addressed. Such as a proportion of players being locked out of end game content entirely, (I am referring to no matchmaking in raids or high level PoE. LFG sites are unnecessary third parties that could have been easily avoided.) If I pay £20 for a DLC, I want to be able to play all of it. Now I feel that Bungie has had their chance to save the game in my eyes, but the only things that happened made it worse (I'm looking at you Trials of Osiris. Pro players get gear that sets them above the other players. Who could have thought that was a good idea? I may not be good at crucible, but I know a fair fight.) I paid for HoW, but I will never do Trials of Osiris. Both out of principle, and that I'll get flattened. Another flaw is the story. I feel that there is little explanation of what is going on/has gone on, and what is available is vague, and is often open to interpretations (the Grimoire card about the Nine is a key example of this.), I suppose this makes debate about the lore interesting, and makes the enemy seem more powerful, but distances you from them, to me they don't seem an impending threat. making your actions seem kinda pointless, as we just seem to be fumbling around in the dark (pun intended), doing and killing things, because we want loot, I never thought: "I'm going to kill Atheon to save all of time from the vex", instead I thought; "I might get the Mythoclast this time!" After TTK is released, I wont be able to do the Oryx raid (I presume the raid is against Oryx.) without using an LFG site, having to confirm I have Gjallarhorn etc. So I will abandon Destiny. And find something else to play.

Edited by Sneak Attack 65: 8/2/2015 8:28:24 PMBut in all seriousness, I feel like Bungie somewhat cares. Otherwise, they wouldn't have made all of those updates.

Then why are you here?
