Killed Skolas, got locked out of room.
I just completed the 35 PoE with some friends, and while inspecting a weapon drop, the doors to the airlock sealed shut and Variks did not summon me in. I just missed out on an Etheric Light, the 2 cores, the Queens Cipher, and the Moment of Triumph. As far as I see there's no way to lodge a support ticket, so it feels like I'm just screwed here. Is that so?

You should've received your cores and etheric light when the game ending timer started counting down. And unless you had a key, you didn't miss out on anything but a couple motes and strange coins. Props on beating skolas though, and I'm sorry to hear about you getting screwed out of a potentially larger reward.
