After beating Skolas on my hunter, I received the elder cipher. My bounty list was full however, so It is frozen in Varikis's hands and wont let me claim it. The big chest did not drop me the ship on both characters. In fact, on my Titan, NO special Skolas rewards dropped from the chest. I had open space on all slots. However I received a non-glitched Cipher from him thankfully. My hunter had space for the ship, but not the shader or emblem. (vault space is full....) However, I received everything BUT the ship. (went to postmaster.) Just a report, as I see hundreds of others having the same problem. Not mentioning my lost eye of Osiris emblem since it is well known... but I hope we get compensation.... Edit: It looks like a failed ship drop is a much bigger problem then I thought. One of my sub-fireteams went through a run and NO ONE obtained the ship or even KNEW about it till I told them. Many people reporting this. PLEASE report all occurences, if it happned twice, if you had space etc. Edit 2: 6/10 and the complaints continue. Did Skolas on my hunter again and obtained ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, while my one friend claims he received two ciphers. I don't think that is possible but my other friend backed him up so seriously I feel like I have to give him the BotD. My cipher is still glitched on my hunter... I find lv 35 a waste of time... Edit 3: GOOD NEWS!! If your cipher was glitched before, Bungie fixed it today. Just go to Varikis and 'continue your quest', claiming your bounty. Edit 4: Complaints continue to this day, 6/25 after Skolas fight patch. Bungie has not updated anything about this but yet to date. I think we need more bumps to get noticed, plz contribute. Edit 5: Just realized you are supposed to get elemental primarys. Me and teammates never received one. Edit 6: Hurrah! Bungie said they fixed the ship drop in 2.0!! Anyone still have problems, post them here. Edit 7: to clarify further, the ship, shader and emblem drop from the CHEST. Make sure you have space and a key.
