Rotate Faction armor
The way factions are set up right now is terrible. It never changes. Switching up intellect/discipline/strength would make the factions seem less stale.

Rotate the Iron Banner gear while your at it. For a set of Armour that is "special" and only comes around once a month its a little disappointing to see Scout/Assault Rifle perks on all the classes every Iron Banner.
