The email I got when the shirt shipped said "the items will appear in game" Does this mean the account linked to the email will automatically have those items added or will a code be received via email? I'd really like to know, as I had to use someone else's help to order my shirt (I don't have a credit card or debit card because of personal choices). For this reason, the email linked to the purchase of the shirt (and donation to Nepal) is not the one linked to my Bnet account.
