There really isn't that many great hand cannons in the game, well that is legendary ones but I may have found a solution. I went 3.9 with the devil you know it just rips through everything in pvp! It's barely even upgraded! Just let me know if you have it still or use it. And if you have it give it a try and tell me how it goes. But so far it's ttk is about 2 seconds give or take. I think it can do 3 to the head for a kill and 4 to the body. It really is incredible. Those good ol vanilla vanguard weps right. I also used it along side my secret handshake, which I barely used. It's such a good hc I really don't know what else to say other than the fact that it goes against everything that's is hand cannon religion, praise thorn praise hawk moon praise tlw and now praise the devil you know, peace!
