I have noticed the posts about the exotic hand cannons in Destiny. I feel like only the thorn need to be nerfed. The other 2 hand cannons have limitations that sometimes enhance the weapon but at other times make you just say damn. If you've ever used hawkmoon in crucible and died right before killing someone died and thought "I wish that was a lucky bullet", then you know what I mean. Lucky bullets come by chance so that's a limitation. TLW is a beast because of it's fire rate but hip-firing is a pain and can easily be outgunned by auto rifles and
THORN
. TLW's small magazine size is also a limitation because you burn through ammo so quickly buy firing in full-auto. When it really comes down to it what limitations does thorn have? None really. It is a sniper and it has lingering damage that is such a pain when you're in a large firefight and get hit by one thorn round. It also has a decent magazine size. Thorn's initial damage should be decreased and everything else can stay the same. 15% should be enough. I have no problem with the weapon's existence. The bounty is difficult to do and you earned it, but don't be that try-hard to abuse it. Reply with your opinions.
