The Taken King and transferable DLC
I've done quite a bit of research and from what I understand, there has been a promo for players to transfer licenses one way from either 360 to One or from PS3 to PS4 regarding previously purchased DLC.
My question here is, how long does this promo last and will it also apply to The Taken King as it did for TDB and HoW? I've been playing Destiny for about 7 months on the vanilla game. I saw the legendary edition of taken king advertised and thought it would be great to get all the DLC I've been missing out on at once.
However, I also have been saving up for an Xbox One as I am on the 360 currently. I would hate to drop cash for everything in September, just to lose it when I finally have enough for an Xbox One.
I don't suppose anyone has knowledge or can shed some light on this?

1 ReplyUnfortuatnly we dont know yet if the taken king will transfer yet. Many in the community eagerly await Bungie saying something on this (either yes or no) Here is the current info on the upgrade promotion. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12122
