I think the faction outfitters should have a stock refresh. Before house of wolves there was no need since the only way to be max level was through raid gear. Now you can pick and choose, but the factions armor doesn't typically have what I want for perks. You can't reforge armor and the only way to get any that you might want is to get a lucky drop in a package. It's just a suggestion to add more variety.
