Here's a Titan Defender build that will make 'em fear ya :)
Hey forum junkies, here's a build for the Defender I whipped up and have had quite a bit of success with so far. I usually snipe, but with this load out a shottie works best. I liked using Astral Horizon bc it does NOT have shot package or rangefinder or anything outside of ballistics that increases the effective range. It plays the way a shotgun SHOULD play, and army of one helps keep your melee and grenades cooled down. I rocked the Messenger, but any accurate high impact pulse would work just find. Hopscotch Pilgrim is a good candidate as is the Spare Change.

1 ReplyAlways enjoy your videos, which I only found just recently. I have to admit, it's improved my play/awareness quite a bit. My K/D is still on the low side from approaching PvP in a completely wrong manner but it's steadily improving. Just wanted to say thanks for the help!

Great gunskill. I like The Defender subclass much better than Striker for PvP. Side note: I feel if Exotic hand cannons are nerfed, The Messenger will become the new go to gun. The perks, the stability, the range are almost [i]too[/i] good. Just my opinion.

Ran nothing but titan class since the alpha but recently made a hunter to change it up. Respect on the gameplay. That nade at 3 mins though. Defender in trials works surprisingly well too.

1 ReplyPlayed Defender since launch, only class that feels right to me whether it be pve or pvp. All about dropping that bubble on those zones or cutting off pathways. I'll give your video a watch. Happy to see Defender get some love.

2 RepliesGreat video, the advice on using Ward of Dawn was very interesting. I'm a PvP scrub who hides in Ward with Saint 14 waiting for the enemy to get foolish, the idea of using it as an overshield-rebuffer and super-absorber hadn't occurred to me. Also your use of The Messenger has inspired me to start rerolling my Hopscotch Pilgrim as a Red Death replacement.
