I don't get it... why nerf a weapon ever? If you're lucky or put in the time or in the case of thorn, put in the hard work and you reward us with a weapon why turn around and nerf that weapon? If anything it would seem more practical to create better weapons. Everyone cries that thorn is op but you made it tedious as hell to get thorn, to own it means you put in some serious work, it's a weapon that is definitely earned. Nerfing it is an insult to the gamers. I've killed with thorn, I died by thorn but there are several times I'm shot with thorn and don't die. It's more about the skill of the person using it. Thorn doesn't automatically improve your K/D ratio. Weakening it is just going to make players use the next op weapon. You want to counteract thorn... make a weapon better than it or better yet, anti thorn armor.
