The time when you are almost done with a strike or raid and you die because the one stupid person left tries to do it themselves
True story... We were doing the Nexus on heroic modifier and the other two people( including me ) were dead and the stupid head tried to finish it himself... SPOILER ALERT: he dies and the guy leaves
