Priority edit: even the interviewer says it was a lighthearted conversation and the text doesn't do it justice. The words don't exactly match what he was saying
He's also one of the people making that new raid people have been craving for. I mean, it would be a shame if oryx accidentally glitched somehow and killed your entire team with a spontaneous gjallarhorning
Play nicely folks
Priority edit: I feel like some people over look this edit: Edit: so a lot of people simply respond with something along the lines of "does this excuse him" I'd say, no, this doesn't. But what's my excuse for the guy?
1. The community sucks, they're freaking out over some useless exclusives, big surprise the developers get some of that salt too.
2. He seems like more of a joking type, so I don't think that a lot of what he said translated into text correctly.
Edit: even the interviewer said that the text doesn't do the conversation justice
3. A lot of what the conversation (at least the topical parts) focuses on is the exclusive parts which I believe the community is going retard over anyway. When he's a game designer. They could've asked more about upcoming mechanics rather than marketing related stuff
Precautionary edit: I'm joking about the intention glitch thing
Edit: thank you for all the feedback, the comments right now seem to be about half for Luke half against. For all the people like me that are for Luke, I had this image earlier:
It's another day in the bungie office and Deej goes up to Luke, working at his computer. Deej says: Here look at the forums. Luke: Oh nice, they're all talking about me. Deej: Good job man. *both have a laugh before going back to work*

You act like VoG was some legendary raid. There have been way better raids.
