HoW Expansion Locked

I just logged on and all of the HoW content is locked for me. Bought it the day it launched and it was working fine last night. I checked it and it still said installed. Anyone else have this problem?

Have you completed all of the story missions on that character? If so, power off and back on again. If that doesn't work then post in #Help
