This is a guide for you to follow if you've experiencing one or more of the following; kicked from Fireteams, being muted, etc.
If you are under the age of 14 there is a pretty good chance that some people don't want to play with you. The reasons why could be many things, but this list will tell you the best way to avoid being kicked.
1. This is your Golden Rule. If you remember nothing else, remember this.
DON'T SCREAM. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. NOTHING AGGRAVATES PEOPLE MORE THAN KIDS WITH HIGH PITCHED VOICES SCREAMING. TALK QUIETLY.
Again, I can't stress how important this is. Be quiet.
2. DON'T INVITE YOUR FRIENDS TO THE PARTY UNLESS YOU PLAN ON BRINGING THEM INTO THE GAME WITH YOU. OLDER PLAYERS DO NOT WANT TO LISTEN TO YOU TALK ABOUT SCHOOL, OTHER VIDEO GAMES, OR ANYTHING EXCEPT THE GAME YOU ARE PLAYING.
3. DON'T JOIN IN ON CONVERSATIONS YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT. WAIT UNTIL THE TOPIC CHANGES BEFORE EVEN SPEAKING.
4. IF SOMEONE HAS TO TAKE A QUICK BREAK FOR SOME REASON, SUCH AS TENDING TO THEIR OWN KIDS, GREETING THEIR SPOUSE, USE THE RESTROOM, OR EVEN A SMOKE BREAK, DO NOT COMPLAIN. NO ONE COMPLAINS WHEN YOU TALK TO YOUR PARENTS, SO DON'T COMPLAIN WHEN OTHERS DO IT.
5. STAY FOCUSED ON THE GAME! DO NOT SCREW AROUND. IF YOU'RE PLAYING A RAID ESPECIALLY PAY CLOSE ATTENTION. IF EVERYONE WIPES, DO NOT TRY TO SOLO THE REST UNLESS THEY WANT YOU TO BECAUSE THERE IS NO REASON TO WASTE EVERYONE'S TIME.
These 5 rules can and will help you stay in the game. If you follow all of these rules and still get kicked, then it's not your fault. That's on the other people for being intolerable. Just because this is directed towards younger players doesn't mean you older players are exempt from them. These rules are common courtesy.
If anyone has any other guide lines they would like to add, leave them in the replies, and I may add it to this list here-

Dude. I've got to tell the kid I know to visit your post
-
Thank god I was taught good manners.
-
I would consider playing with squeaks if they followed these rules.
-
Yes Dad

-
In the end, this shouldn't be the standard for younger players, this should simply be the standard for all players. Not a single one of these would apply to a child but not an adult.
-
Looks like I'm Trending. That's pretty sweet.
-
These sound like things even mature players should do.
-
Tried to find a team for trials and got kicked 5 different times... That never happens I was so surprised. Usually people don't care, like if I'm doing a raid or PoE. Did hard Crota this week with all older guys and they had no problem.
-
I broke rule one when i got gjallarhorn. Is that alright?
-
Oh I want to mention a good tip stay calm at all times. no one wants you screaming "GALLAAAAH-OOOOO-RN". I know this is basically rule 1 but I just wanted to add.

Edited by Wormer105: 6/2/2015 7:22:55 AMI'd say to just not invite your friends period. We don't go into a raid to lose so we stack up when we have the numbers we need. If you are player five then either A: we have someone else in mind or B: We're fine as is. That said I dislike playing with kids. Too volatile and the conversations can be limited with squeakers in play.

I'm 14 and don't sound like it lol but I usually never get kicked from anything
-
I'm 31, last week I was key farming and this person joined, we were talking about destiny then I randomly asked how old are you? He said 13. I really didnt feel comfortable Playing with him after that.
-
I'm 14 and have never been kicked because I was loud/annoying, i understand why "more mature" people get annoyed. It's annoying for me too.

Bless Tiber Septim.

Edited by Caid Graelbor: 6/2/2015 7:06:36 AM6. DO NOT argue with a raid leader. It takes a bit of maturity to realize there can be a few ways to accomplish a task and the leader of the group may choose a method other than your preferred method. Have the calmness to accept it isn't your raid. No one wants to hear "that guy" who stays in the raid but won't buy in to what the team is doing. 7. Don't indulge petty grievances, prejudices, or find reasons to aggravate fellow fire team members. Someone may have a piece of "scrub" gear equipped or be leveling a certain item during easy parts of the raid. Fixating on an odd name, accent, or sexual reference in a gamer tag doesn't make you fit in. Adults tend to not over react to these things... Sure OldFartMeister might get a smirk depending on someone's mood but they don't spend the whole raid TALKING about it.

To be honest these rules should be followed by everyone
-
So shut up and play the game?
-
Good list
-
Thank you so much. I will use this knowledge
