I know this has been brought up before but I was extremely disappointed when I learned that I was no longer able to get this emblem. I completed all the Queens bounties prior to the expansion drop but when I logged on the day before the reset there was no invite to the Reef. I really hope Bungie comes up with a way to give this emblem to people who weren't able to get an emblem, within the next few weeks.
