Don't ever play with randoms.

This is why you dont accept random invites. I was helping my friend do the 34 PoE, we needed a third guy. I say to myself, there will probably be someone on The Destiny LFG website who wants to do it.... oh a random invite from someone who is a level 34 and wants to do the PoE "Great" I think this will save us some time. Get to last boss, face some problems because my friend is one level lower and its his first run on 34 then the little rat says, these words "I can't see the boss, Its my connection make me host". Before I can turn my Mic on after talking to someone in the room my friend being a trusting and all round good person does. Then the little rat kicks us both out. I cant report him because he disappeared into the either, where cheats and liars can take the work of people that work hard and sell it as their own.

    • The only time i would ever kick someone was if i saw no potential of beating the damn thing, and actualy wanted to progress. 10 tries most or your out! Haven't had to kick anyone since this rule.

    • Hmm that person was an idiot. That said some of the nicest people I have 'met' playing were ransoms to begin with. Don't let a bad experience color the rest of us that play random a lot. We're nice -at least most of us are.

    • Why would you give him host!? Especially if he was saying his connection was bad!?!?

      • Hate to tell ya this but it's the player that sucked not that he was random. Just because you play with regular groups does not make you better. Worst team ever on was put together group through forums best was random invites.

      • It's a gamble when it comes to randoms sometimes. But then again, with the suck, does eventually come the good ones, the friendly ones, the ones you don't mind playing another PoE with, or in my case, finish flawlessly on a do-nothing Friday night after work on the Trials of Osiris. Moral of the story: People suck. It's the human condition, but don't ever let it get you down on the random chance for an awesome friendship.
