With the addition of ToO and the flawless reward of a new social area for a limited time the arguments for PvP and PvE have gotten out of control. Everyone plays destiny for their own reasons they have their own strengths and weakness. Excluding one group of players from an aspect of the game isn't right imo.
Sure the argument that everyone has a chance at it they just have to do PvP to get it exist. The flaw here is it still excludes PvE only players. Most probably don't remember this but before the only way possible to get to the light lvl cap was to do the raid. Iron Banner did not allow PvP only players to reach the light cap. PvP players complained and got a way to reach that content through PvP only playing. PvE players deserve the same right to access the light house through PvE content.
Whether PvP players want to believe it or not PvP players have constantly complained about PvE content to the extent bungie has changed the game for them that effects PvE content also. Light lvl cap, vex and auto rifles are all things bungie changed to cater to PvP players and resulted in PvE changes. So for those PvP players that have constantly told PvE players it's fair and to get good are hypocrites when they have complained about PvE content exclusives.
Ik my PvP stats will be brought up im not gonna say im amazing at PvP im average. Like many i have good games, great games and horrible games it all depends on my mood. I did go flawless in ToO with some randoms none of us were better then each other and the other teams weren't amazing nor horrible. Destiny doesn't match players based on skill so any real skill arguments aren't really valid and rather can be argued U got lucky with ur opponents.
