Need a strat? Friends and I figured it out after an hour. Go all the way to the left. Make sure 1 or 2 people have a shotgun on them. There is a Qodron Eye (Enhanced Goblin) that will come after you. You can't miss it, featuring he is electric. Killing him will give you the "Jailbreak" perk that lasts 30 seconds. The person with the shotgun should kill this target so he can easily break shields. He will also break you out of your detainment shield, so you must stay together. Sometimes you have to kill 2 Eyes of Qodron because the perk may not last long enough. Another class is in charge of crowd control, they will kill as many goblins and Hobgoblins as they can. The other person focuses on Qodron. Once all enemies are down, they can both focus on Qodron.
