You do get one key per character (3) and you should be smart enough to only use one key per character at 35 poe. So that's one key to get special loot for that class cause all you get from chest is queen weapons or wolf armor and weapons. Keys arnt ment to even be anywhere but a lucky drop in poe side chests. So it's your fault you didn't get loot because you didn't wait to open a chest until the 35 poe and you used all them at lvl 28 like a scrub. Get gud and quit crying cause your a causal.

I dunno bout that, i didn't get a treasure key at the first initial PoE. I tried farming in ether chests, or patrolling around venus looting chests. But backtracking those chests putting me off and nevertheless, i stopped doing it after 1/2 hour. Nxt day i help a friend who just started HoW on his PoE, w/o a Treasure Key in inventory. I just tagged along and help him finished the rounds and expecting some coins on side chests. Turns out i bagged Treasue Keys on the chest and bagged me a sweet Rocket Launcher opening the large one in the middle. :)
