Errors I've encountered since house of wolves.

Ok first week is almost over, and here are some of the errors I noticed this week. First up, and this one is not game breaking just annoying. There have been two separate occasions when I tried going to the reef and after pressing launch landed in the tower. Tried recording it but it was not in the 3@ sec window. On day one I used my black hammer, so excited that finally there was a reason it was not maxed out, to engage the fallen walker that I ran into first thing in house of wolves. No dice. I put over thirty rounds into that things legs and white nail never triggered. I have tested it since and it has worked, but unless something was patched between noon on Tuesday and now it probably needs to get looked into. Dead orbit shotgun, tooltip and ammo capacity don't match. And finally the most annoying. Trials of Osiris, great game type very challenging. Almost to challenging, as there are a lot of us in this community who don't play pvp, not because we don't like it but because it is very disheartening to loose repeatedly. I have been trying all weekend long to acquire 7 wins on a trials passage just so I can pick up the summoner, but to no avail. This would not have been bad if you had kept up the same paradigm of loot placement in house of wolves that was available before. All the cool stuff can be acquired in pve, but no you placed the most desirable items at the end of a 9-0 win streak, not cool. But to top it all off there are a few bugs. My first trials passage my team was on a five game win streak, with no losses, except our first match which was negated. Near the end of a match where it was so obvious we where about to win, we where all disconnected, this prevented us from acquiring the sweet sweet rewards at the end because that win would've counted twice. We went on to loose three in a row. Not cool. And the one that is really broken, we where playing as a group again but instead of winding up three on three. We where 2 on 1 and it was just our fireteam. No way we can come out of that without a loss on at least one passage card.
