I cannot carry you through a flawless or even a 8 win trials by myself. You cannot sit in the back of the map and expect me to win 3 on 1.. ToO is a team based activity and requires full participation and communication from the entire Fireteam. I am only here offering help to those who need an extra player or two, but can still hold their own in the crucible. I don't know how else to say this but if you are not very good in normal crucible, chances are trials is not the best activity for you.
