Bought HOW expansion on X-One. Do I have to pay again to play on 360?
If I don't have to pay again how do I play it on 360 without paying again?

If you have purchased the DLC on your Xbox One first the license will not be available on your Xbox 360 and as such you will have to purchase it again.
