Good update. I'll start off with what I personally agree with. I know I'm not a reigning force, but it's like voting... I'm just going to give my opinion. I think removing Standoff heavies is a good idea. At first I disagreed, but upon thinking about it, I realized that that map has no cover for the vehicles in the event of a laser being picked up. It's better to leave heavies to maps where the vehicles can hide a little bit. A snipes playlist also seems like a a semi-good idea, but I wonder if there will be people to support it? Now on to what I think is dumb... Why remove social snipes matches to put it all in ranked? I think the social slayer games should still have shotty/snipes and team sniper games. They didn't hurt anybody and people could casually weild a long rifle without fear of being betrayed for it. On a side note, that "sniper update" had me completely fooled for a second. I was going to be very annoyed until I read all of the update. I am A) glad I waited to complain and B) glad the sniper isn't changing.

Hmmmm... This update was informative. I wonder what team Snipers will do to matchmaking. We will see. But anyways, I like the update, and I am excited for Legendary Brawl to be back once again. Hopefully, I can rack up a good chunk of Exp in that playlist. The Turkey Day sounds fun too. Keep up the good work Bungie! Some people may think that the things you are doing are killing the game, but I think its adding more variety to the game we already love. Which is a good thing. And that IM you had in the first post made me laugh real hard.

taking standoff heavies out of squad battle sucks bad choice. hopefully you leave it in DLC big team. its a nice change from the regular standoff games and should be played more frequent Put standoff heavies back in

How Could you get rid of shotty snipers in social slayer it's social for christ sakes can't you at least move it to another playlist it's practilly the only game type i enjoy playing for any length of time any more. and a sniper spread are you crazy? that's like slowing down the speed of light

A grandiose update! I especially love how you intentionally scared the gummybears out of all the sniper-fiends! I bet you'll be hearing the panic for a week. LOL! I'm sure the sniper playlist will make it up to them. Turkey day is looking sweet, but I'm still waiting for a real [b] Action-Sack [/b] style playlist. Bungie, -blam!- give up already. The only reason I play Halo 3 anymore is because of Shotty Snipers and Team Snipers variants in Team/Social Slayer. So you remove the best part of those playlists but yet you keep worthless ones like duals and rockets? Pathetic, absolutely terrible.
