So today I redeemed a 3 month Xbox live number and it told me I now have a feather skull I then went into destiny wondering what it was and couldn't do anything online I apparently don't have Xbox live and now I'm sad what a waste of $30 I am so annoyed please tell me if this has happened to any of you and how you fixed it plus I'm on Xbox one [spoiler]hope you guys can help me[/spoiler]

1 ReplyJust contact support. If you can back your claim, they will come through for you. Call them for the best results. If it doesn't work the first time, try until it does work. That's what I did to get a refund on Destiny.
