Stranger's Rifle
Please Bungie, give us a way to upgrade the stranger's rifle to legendary status. It is an amazing weapon and I would like for it to be relevant outside of PvP. Also while you are at it, allow us to upgrade the Khvostov as well.
Edit: It seems they fixed the Black Garden an it wont give you anymore Strangers Rifles.
Keep bumping guys. Lets reach for the top of the list!!!

I have always thought that they should have done this for the Khvostov. It could be the gun that you get at the beginning and can take all the way with you till the end.
