Still no response to missing items.
This is from a email I sent.
I have been trying to get some help for some time now. Im not a heavy gamer but do like playing destiny.. But two issues I have had really been a pain.. First when the app came out it was a bit bug no a lot bugy. I first contacted on twitter and never got back to me..
Anyway I lost my ghorn I had got a week before that i was upgrading.. Also had lost a forth fatebringer I had.. in fact those are just a couple that I have notice but come to think of a thing or too. a few i cant explain where have gone but have so many of.
I notice last week or came to my attention doing a raid with friends and was getting the grimoire card for a friend the kill gorgon. went to mine and have it but show i have no kills.. when over the last couple months i know we have killed 15 and a friend i do the raids with said he shows 20 kills. then the same with my Ghorn card. No kills!! The only two cards I notices like that. I dont know if they can be reset?
If anyone on your team can please help me with this issues or at less point my email in the right direction I would appreciate it so much..

1 ReplyI don't know what email you sent this to, because bungie doesn't have a specific email you can contact. The #Help forums are where you come when you're experiencing issues or have questions, so you should've brought your concerns here first. Regarding your Gjallarhorn, bungie doesn't restore lost gear, regardless of when, how, what, where and why, it's lost in the dark corners of time now.
