The deflower Squad is currently branching out looking to improve our ranks. Recently we have let go of over a third of our members who we felt were either inactive, underperforming, or simply just not fitting in with the rest of the clan leaving us with 25 highly active highly skilled members. So far have managed to secure a consistent top 5 place each week for the past 3-4 months and recently achieved supreme victory in the Iron Banner event being the first and only clan to surpass the 10 million point mark. We are now looking to improve further, and we have decided on a limit of 50 members to keep ourselves in our current division. Therefore, in this recruitment stage we will be looking for no more than 20 members at the absolute maximum. There are many points to note about the clan itself and the way in which it is run. [b]We are not an LFG group![/b] We recently had a member leave complaining that he'd only played with the clan twice over the passed few weeks. It is expected that upon joining you will add every single member on our roster and put yourself out there whenever you're online to play with us, and thanks to our clans great regional diversity I can GUARANTEE you will never alone. With hard work you will be recognized and secure your spot among our few. We do not take recruiting lightly, much like many of the other top clans, we only look for the players who can contribute and will not weight us down or have a negative effect on any of our stats. Therefore, there are requirements that must be met before you can request to join. K/D of 2.0+ Minimum of 500 games played in total. Average score per game of 2800 or higher. Combat Rating (taken from Destinytracker) of at least 125. We will invite you into a game and see how you do, as well as checking your stats myself. From there, we can tell you what you can do to join up then you can take that as a good sign. Once accepted into the clan however do not assume you are safe, all clan members are expected to keep contributing, and proving themselves within the clan regularly.
