Hard Light Arc Damage
How about it? Hard light is a good gun, but it could use an Arc burn. Especially since auto rifles were slammed with the nerf, I think it deserves something a little better.

Hardlight fires rounds of an experimental liquid that can blast through targets like a bullet, and doesn't fit with any of the burn types. [Edit] Excuse me, I was wrong. The grimore card specifically says that the current iteration of the weapon fires a "superheated polymer round", which apparently means it was synthetically made or grown, like plastic or DNA.
