i'm a lvl 32 titan, playing iron banner... this last game i was getting one melee hit killed by lvl 30's while at full health. likewise, as a lvl 32 titan it is taking me up 3 melee hits to kill a lvl 30 without any extra shielding, just their normal health... really seems like balance has been achieved...
