All of us hunters know that the Perks for this "Exotic" armor piece are lackluster and very under-powered. This armor piece needs some serious work. The tripmine perk is ONLY good in PVP and even then, tripmines are easy to spot. A skilled player will almost NEVER get caught by a pre-placed tripmine. Here are a few suggestions to make this Armor piece actually valuable. Selection A: Instead of having the "Special weapon reload" perk, make it a "Primary weapon Reload" perk. Increasing the rate at which any primary can be reloaded. If that sounds too powerful, then maybe only make it 50%-60% as effective as the normal perk for specific primary reloads. Selection B: Tripmines last as long as they normally would with the stock perk, BUT they also don't pulse a red beacon. They are only visible when looking directly at them. Selection C: Boost recharge rate of tripmines (ONLY tripmines) and increase Blast radius and damage. (make it what it used to be at 206 dmg) If anyone has their own suggestions, post below please. Personally I would like the first selection. Having a primary reload perk would actually make people consider using is. Edit: those of you who think an additional tripmine would be a good perk, think about it. My suggestions are reasonable and not outrageous. Having two trip mines would be ridiculous
