What does level advantages disabled mean when we play crucible? So a 32's fully maxed primary damage will not be any different to a 30's maxed primary? Or everyone's armor has the same max?
Thanks for explaining in advance

Your attack level on guns is ignored. Instead your damage is determined by impact:fire rate and personal skill. There are some low level guns that have more impact than higher level ones, depending on the selection. Before the auto rifle nerf, the "blue" auto rifle "galahad-E" was used pretty effectively. Sometimes you could even get lucky and have a "slower fire when aimed" perk like suros. The result? It's possible to own people with what people perceive to be a crap gun in crucible.

Both of those kids have no clue what they're talking about. Level advantages mean for every level you have on a person you do one damage more and they do one less. That's it.

If level advantages are disabled then all guns and armor values are balanced for fair gameplay and a level 32 isn't immune to level 28s and lower. However in Iron Banner all of these take effect .... Iron Banner is sadly the only place in the game where level, armor and weapon damage actually matter.
