Ok, this seems like a really dumb question. I have two Max level characters and another well one the way, but have never even thought about this: If you have an arc-shielded enemy that you shoot with an arc weapon, does it take any damage off their actual health, in addition to reducing their shield? Or does it only get rid of the shield and leave their health in tact? The reason I ask is that when you shoot at them, you can see blue numbers pop up that seem to be indicating damage.
