Skipping duplicate cutscenes?
I just started today and after seeing the same CS over and over, I can not find which buttons you push to skip it, unlike the old fashioned way on PS2-3? This single thing will get annoying VERY FAST if I can't skip them.
And for emblems, they don't do anything special if I change my original Warlock one out? I saw a guide here saying there is over 160 of them. But I guess I can't get the other 2 classes unless I create that class.

As the ForzaDelDestino and randomrosso have stated, there is no way to skip cutscenes. Some of them can be avoided in a round-about way, like the Eye of the Gate Lord one. Just go to orbit after the 30 second end-mission timer starts, but before it gets to zero, and you'll still get the loot.
